  • - How to place an order?

    1. Select the products and the quantity you prefer
    2. Add to the cart
    3. Click on “Pay Now”
    4. Enter your order as a guest (no registration required) or Create your FREE account to ΤoFarmakeioMou.gr (by using your email or your Facebook account).
    5. Enter delivery and invoice details.
    6. Select the payment method of your choice and Click on “Next”
    7. Check your order and click on “Complete your order”
  • - Where is my order?

    As long as you see the “Pending” status in your account, your order is being processed in our warehouse.
    When you see the «Dispatched» status in your account, your order has left our warehouse. Then you will find an e mail with your delivery reference (as well as the name of the courier company that will deliver your order) and through the courier company’s link you can track your order (ACS - Geniki Taxydromiki).
  • - What is Call me back?

    It is an immediate and free way of contacting you. If you call us and all our staff is busy, you can leave your telephone number and we will call you back free of charge.
  • - How to use promotional/voucher codes?

    ΤοFarmakeioMou.gr is a pioneer in promotional/voucher codes. Before you complete the payment of your order, enter the promotional/voucher code in the relevant field in your Cart and you will be granted your discount! The procedure is simple and the total amount at the checkout is the final one.
  • - How to use filters?

    At ΤοFarmakeioMou.gr filters are simply to use. List your main interests and save time (not to mention “money” since you always save money using ΤοFarmakeioMou.gr).

    You simply note on filters the product characteristics that serve your needs (e.g skin type, paraben free etc). This way you will complete your purchase faster and easier.

  • - What does availability of products mean?

    Products are noted as:

    Available: the product is dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of ordering (if the order is placed by 15:00 o’clock)

    Available within 3 to 5 days: the product is always dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of ordering (if the order is placed by 15:00 o’clock)

    Out of stock: the product is not available and cannot be added in the “Cart”. If this is the case you are suggested to contact us for further details.

    Cancelled: The product is cancelled and there is no possibility to place a new order.
  • - Can I cancel/change my order?

    We treat every order as unique. However, we follow a general rule regarding the return of non-defective items. They may be returned if:

    α) The date of return application does not exceed 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of your order
    β) The packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. In this case, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.
    IMPORTANT NOTICE: we do not accept return of non-defective items cooler Products and baby food and milk

    In any case, the return of the product should be followed by the receipt issued.
    To cancel/return your order, complete and send the following form to info@ToFarmakeioMou.gr within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • - Delivery cost

    For purchases of any products with a total cost of fourty nine (49,00) euros and above, and weighing up to three (3) kilos, we do not charge shipping costs. For every extra kilo the customer is charged ninety (0,90) cents per kilo.

    For purchases of any products totaling less than fourty nine (49,00) euros the customer is charged two euros (2,00), if the total weight of the products does not exceed three (3) kilos. For every extra kilo the customer is charged with further ninety (0,90) cents per kilo.

    Products marked “Heavy Objects” are sent after consulting the client about the shipping costs.

    Products labeled "Cooler Product" are not dispatched outside Attica for your own safety and protection.

    The total weight of the product of each order is calculated automatically.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • - Dispatches to Cyprus

    Products marked ' In Stock 'will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the day of order (if the order is made until 15:00 noon) by courier. If a product is not available, we will notify you by e mail or phone on the progress of your order.
    Non- readily available products are shipped as they become available. Deliveries are made during working days between 9:00 to 17:00.

    Shipments, regardless of their value, weighing up to 2 kilos are charged with 15 (fifteen) euros freight. For every additional kilo the customer is charged with 3,00 (three) euros

    That is, if 3kg / 15 + 3 = 18 €
    -Products marked “Heavy Objects” are sent after consulting the client about the shipping costs.

    -Products labeled "Cooler Product" are not dispatched outside Greece for your own safety and protection.

    We do not accept returns of baby milk products.

  • - Do you dispatch abroad?

    Yes, we do. Orders can be dispatched outside Greece and Cyprus after consulting the client about shipping way and cost. Contact us here.
  • - Can I collect my order from the pharmacy?

    An order placed at ToFarmakeioMou.gr cannot be collected from the pharmacy. The only way to receive the order is through shipping to the delivery address.
  • - What procedure to follow for a defective item?

    Products returned to us due to defects are immediately replaced without cost for the customer. Please notify us either by calling +30 2105813343 or e-mail us at info@ToFarmakeioMou.gr
  • - What is the difference between delivery cost and the cash on delivery cost?

    Delivery cost regards the cost of shipping by courier. The cash on delivery cost regards the payoff of your order on the day you receive it. For orders up to 79,99€ Payment on Delivery is charged for 0,90€. For orders over 80,00€ Payment on Delivery is FREE of charge.
  • - Guarantees

    The sales receipt constitutes the guarantee for all electrical products (every manufacturer has a different warranty time). In case of malfunction or fault ToFarmakeioMou.gr is not liable and you will need to contact the manufacturer.

  • - Can I ask for specific delivery hours?

    Delivery hours are 09:00 to 17:00. You can ask for delivery in a 4hour limited period during the delivery hours just by writing us a note on the “Notes” field before you complete your order.
  • - Can I buy medicines online?

    No. Under current law we are not allowed to sell drug via internet, neither can we receive or execute prescriptions.
